2. Payment Terms by Product Category
To facilitate a smooth transaction process, we apply a split payment model based on the nature of the products ordered.
a. Ceramic Products
Advance Payment: All ceramic products require 100% advance payment before the order is processed or shipped.
Payment Confirmation: Your order will only be dispatched once the full payment for the ceramic items has been confirmed. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for this category.
b. Non-Ceramic Products
Delivery Charges (Advance): You are required to pay the delivery/courier charges in advance at the time of placing the order.
Product Payment (Cash on Delivery): The cost of the non-ceramic products themselves can be paid at the time of delivery using the Cash on Delivery (COD) method.
3. Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for non-ceramic product payments. Please note that a 2% Sales Tax and 2% Withholding Tax apply to all COD orders.
Advance Payments: Required for ceramic products and courier charges. These can be made via available online payment methods.
4. Shipping and Delivery Process
Processing: Orders are processed upon payment confirmation (full payment for Ceramics, or delivery charge payment for other items).
Timeline: Shipping timelines are subject to courier partner availability and your location. We generally aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after payment confirmation.
Taxes: All applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout or on the invoice.
